Five Supplies You Need For Using Three-Ring Binders
Three-ring binders offer an affordable and convenient way to store and organize your important documents. However, to successfully use three-ring binders, you’re going to need a number of supplies that will make the job easier and more efficient, such as a three-hole punch, reinforcement labels, and maybe even pre-punched paper. Here are five things you’re going to need when using three-ring binders. Check them out!
- The binders themselves. Of course to use three-ring binders, you’re going to need a selection of them. These supplies are available in round and D-ring varieties and they can only hold a handful of sheets or hundreds. Some products you should check out include GBC Presentation Binders, which have a clear overlay so you can create your own customized covers, and the Samsill Antimicrobial Binders. The latter ones are specially treated with a solution that fights bacteria, viruses, and other things that can make you and your colleagues sick.
- A three-hole punch. Next, you’ll need a three-hole punch and there are lots to choose from. A good name to look for is Swingline. They make punches that are great for punching a small number of sheets, such as their Lighttouch Desktop Punch which can punch up to 12 sheets at once. And they also make heavy-duty devices including the Heavy-Duty Adjustable Punch that has a 40-sheet punching capacity.
- Index Tabs. Index tabs are essential if you want to keep your work organized. With these tabs, you can organize your papers by date, subject matter, and more. GBC makes customizable tabs in packages of 5 or 8, so be sure to pick some up so you can organize your documents just the way you need to.
- Reinforcement labels. If there’s a downside to using this type of binding method, it’s that it can be very easy to accidentally tear pages out of your books. You can fix this problem with reinforcement labels that are basically little adhesive rings that repair your paper so it can be placed back in the book. A number of manufacturers make these supplies, but some of the best are from Avery. They can be purchased in boxes of as little as 200 or as many as 1,000.
- Odds and ends. Finally, you’ll need a few odds and ends. One thing you may want to purchase is pre-punched paper so you don’t have to spend time punching your documents. You may also want to get some extra sheet lifters just to have on hand in case any become damaged or lost. Some other supplies to consider include business card pockets; CD holders for multimedia items; and sheet protectors so those important pages won’t become damaged. These supplies are made by such esteemed manufacturers such as Avery, Idea Stream, and Wilson Jones.
If you have a good supply of these items on-hand, you’ll going to find that using three-ring binders is easy, efficient, and enjoyable. So stock up on these items today and start organizing those important documents!

So Democrats today added a clause to prevent the illegal assistance. Why should Democrats listen to Beck & Wilson?
Van Jones is gone. Democrats put the language in the Wilson case and millions of calls pressure to do so. If you were there, why change Democrats and make the language much more explicit?
The 3200 Bill has always had a section that denying illegal insurance. Democrats do not listen to Beck & Wilson. And Obama has not lied, if you check out his speech, he will see that Obama said he would not sign any reform bill if prohiting clause had no illegal immigrants to get insurance. By the way, was Ronald Reagan in 1986, signing a bill giving rights to illegal medical treatment in this country.
