7th grade math – Visual Organizer?

I need to make a visual organizer to compare and contrast fractions, decimals and percents. How do I do this?
im not asking you to do my daughter’s homework, she was absent that day and was given these instructions and we are not sure what the teacher is looking for.

Since fractions, decimals and per cents are 3 different ways to represent the same amounts, write and show how you would start with any one of these forms and change it into the other 2 forms. Do this for all 3 of them.

Then make a chart showing common fractions and their equivalent decimals and per cents.

Include fractions like 1/3 and repeating decimals.
