Where can I get Windows Themes? I currently have Windows XP and the only choices I have are Classic and XP?

I personally like the Winodws Vista (I think that’s the right thing) design. It’s for newer-type computers or something. But, where can I get that? Can I download it off the Internet? I basically don’t want the business features; just the cool design! I think what I’m talking about is the transparent-like windows with glossy styling and a Small Round start button with the Windows flag in it. Is this right? I like it and want it. But, don’t want to buy it if it costs money. I’m mad now, though because I’m sick and tired of the XP theme.
