Bigger lips and narrow eyes?

My lips are … How wel mean I can make them appear larger and plumper ALIPO I have but how I can make it look bigger for a while without using lip liner and I want my eyes narrow and ends I usually just use the tape of my birth hair and cover their hair but I am sick of doing that so how I can do nothing but think outside the box people! And certainly not say it should be myself this is what makes me happy I'm young and going through a phase that every woman young man goes through so please help and not criticize

There are no other options than plump lip liner, unless you want to get shots that make you look fake fish lips. liquid liner and pencil line on the line floating in the top of the eyes can make them look narrower.
