If an office is in charge of women (and perhaps some of the old men too) who does the heavy lifting?

For example, changing a, bottle heavy water at the top of the big tank? Or moving a heavy table? Or getting huge boxes of paper?

Two women or two men of age or maybe one of each. If this is still a problem then there are always small bottles of water and moving paper a couple of pages and pages at once.
