Custom silicone bracelets …?

I'm looking to order a custom bracelet just for me and some friends … Although the design is complicated. What I'm trying to do is find a website that will print this picture: http://media.photobucket.com/image/call% 20%%%% 20black 20ops 20duty 20wallpaper/RcBaseball13/CODBlackOpsWallpaperJPG.png around the wrist, and highlight the "Call Of Duty: Black Operations" letters. Then I want the lines that form the "square" recorded. Then, inside of the band, I want my name deboss inside deboss mines and other names within them. I do not know where I could have done these online, since most offer these colors swirled looking. We made the CoD MW2 with a black and red, but looked bored .. If I could just get a Solid Black with Call of Duty Black Ops text (and the source COD) in relief that would be great. Any help is appreciated.
