What is the name of the super white tape used to prevent blisters?

I was in an ultra marathon last summer and has developed a few hot spots and blisters. The podiatrist on the medical tent I recorded this incredible adhesive gauze-like it was as a new layer of skin. Is sticky White, super, and I think it was on a roll. Never moved for a 40 km and had a heck of a time to peel off later. I want to buy some, but I do not know his name. She said she could not buy, but I bet if he knew the name can be found online. Thanks!
