How I can get international students to make the visit in my home?

My desire is to board international students, but do not know how. Please help me! I have the accommodation. The rooms are equipped with private bath downstairs. I have a new apartment two bedrooms in the basement has its own laundry, bathroom, pot-lights and a private entrance … furnished.
