Weird LCD issue?

For some time I had a strange problem with my LCD monitor. Its more difficult to explain but here goes. I have what that seems to be a doodle that runs horizontally on my monitor. Shows the image fine (no dead pixels), but this doodle is always a little brighter than anything else on the screen. You really can not see when there are many things on the screen (games, movies, etc), but if it's just a solid color of your remarkable. I know that is not the best description, but it's hard to explain really. What is it and can it be fixed? In addition, I use a standard LCD liquid Staples cleaning that comes with your own fabric. So I do not think cleaning the damage or anything like that. This has not always been so. The monitor is about 2 years. This started maybe … 8 months ago.

It almost sounds like a manufacturing defect in the bulb or on the LCD … you have not taken an impact somewhere along the path.
