Sometimes used instead of a signature in letters and mailing documents, a company stamp is normally used by a company for documents that are extremely important and deal with subjects like law, employment, etc. Using a company stamp in a letter or envelope means the document is representing a company and not the personnel in the company. Here are a few points on company stamps that are perhaps news to you:

    • Even though company stamps are normally used by companies, sometimes individuals, like Notary Publics and solicitors, can also find a use for custom made stamps.
    • Since company stamps are often part of a company formation service, you can get company stamps from company formation agents.
    • During the 17th and 18th centuries members of royal families used to create emblems on papers by pressing their rings on warm wax, thereby literally creating their mark. You could call this a predecessor of today’s company stamps.
    • In the UK, before 1985, the year when the Companies Act was introduced, a company stamp was a legal requirement for a company. However, after the Companies Act was introduced, a stamp was no longer mandatory. Instead, the signature of two officers, normally the director and secretary, of the company can legally substitute for a seal.
    • These days, self adhesive wafers can be obtained that create the effect of a company stamp. They are designed to look like wax and are normally distributed in a red or gold colour.

When i can go back to UAE if my residence visa its cancelled with red stamp? Can i go back with another visa?

The problem is that i was deported.

When you got deported you are considered as a criminal and you are on the “UAE black list” and you will not be provided with any visa no more.
