How to start and take advantage of Philately as a Hobby

If you are thinking about starting philately / stamp collecting as a hobby, may be wondered if the hobby is not expensive. You can even ask if you can enjoy with limited financial resources. What if you have no money at all for the fans?. It's inexpensive, but instead very educational and rewarding for philately / stamp collecting start your hobby.What eventualy as a hobby can become a real source income for you.

One of the biggest questions any stamp collector faces is where to find cheap stamps. Is anyone familiar with how to stamp a candle?

I’ve been watching some great youtube videos on how to stamp and personalize a candle. I want to create a personalized candle for my niece but I’m not sure what kind of paper they use for this process. On the video they say tissue paper but it looks kind of thick? Is it gift wrapping tissue paper or what exactly type of paper? Also, is it possible to write on the tissue paper and melt it on the candle or does it have to be a stamp?

I made some stamped candles using one layer of Kleenex tissue paper but I never intend to burn them. It is the flammability of tissue paper that matters most from a safety point of view. It would be terrible if our lovely decorated candles were the cause of a fire…. That’s why I recommend you buy special paper for use in candle making from candle supply shops and stamp on that. It will burn with the candle and not cause a problem with unexpected flaming.
