Is there a service available paper trays for 11×17?

I am looking for stackable desk tray paper capacity of 11×17 inches.

I found one here: http://www.11×17.com/11×17-Wire-Frame-Basket-P123.aspx not be fooled by this one: http://www.shoplet.com/Stackable-Letter-Trays- 11x17_300943/office_supplies. Html They are NOT 11×17 – I ordered a bunch of them. Thinking about how happy she was finally found. I received them by mail and letter trays were more regular, size normal. I called the company and they can not even locate the trays are of that size. Although the description states that are 11×17 Cleary large trays. The web master, customer service has not yet changed the description on page … If you find some less expensive than they are on the first link ($ 30.00) please send me an email and let me know! Thanks and good luck! Miss Prissy Manners

How to Order your children's school records

Do not you love to have an employment contract for your school? You'd be rich. Our children bring home as much paper every day from school and asked us what we must maintain and where we all? Here are tips for a wonderful mother of five sons who is a professional organizer.

The paper children home is in one of three categories:

1. Paper should review "permits, applications Signature / money, etc.
2. Child's artwork
3. Assignments and tasks you want to see, as it helps to monitor what they are doing in school.

• Create a landing site for the role of each child brings home. This can be a basket or stacking trays desk to sit at the desk or attach to the wall. Tray Label or basket with the name of his son.

· Teach / train his son to remove his papers from his backpack and place in your shopping landing. With some children may have to check their backpacks to make sure that all seeing. When they come home all excited to show what they did and we look at it, then you can go to their place of landing so you can watch it later.

· More later in the day when you have time to look through everything that you can sort through of what to keep and what not to keep. In this way you will not miss important information you need to act.

What to save:
Maintain sample of his art and schoolwork. Do not just keep the best have a good representative sample of special things. (When my daughters were teenagers who got their books Infants and looking through their school records and I heard laughter of a degree and giving the reason that I have that degree).

Perhaps to keep their first attempts to write his name from printing through to learn cursive. You can keep things as programs for school work, report cards, school photos, writing samples. Have them write a list of their 10 favorites or not things like the school in recent years, it also keeps the memories.

Statistics:
Make the decision now not keep everything they bring home: If you hold 3 sheets of paper per week for 12 years, which will about 1728 sheets of paper.

Get a 11 ½ X 15 envelope with closure, is labeled with the child's name, grade, teacher name and school and everything that fits in this envelope is the amount of paper that you will keep. Put it in a plastic container or cardboard box and keep it on the shelf of the closet.

Label papers that are keeping the name of his son, the date and the grade and the teacher.

Clay creations or big science projects what was the purpose which was done? If I was to learn why it needs to be maintained? Take a picture and put it in their budget. That the project will extend for a time in her room until she got tired of it and then release it. Clay-encourage them to play with him because what happens to her? It breaks so it will be a natural process to get rid of him. Children are in the process, not in keeping him, "Now is the time to teach children with the disorder is clearly a wonderful ability to be used all his life. For the classification and treatment which is helping to clear the clutter before it starts.

Exhibiting art work:
Hang the strips of felt a dowel rod for children to put their works of art. Rotate the work of art comes home again. Let children help decide what to keep and what to shoot.

Create a mini gallery of chaining a line of clothing and the use of clothespins (IKEA has metal wires and clips), in a hallway or in your room to display favorite works of art. Make sure you are hanging on to not become a safety hazard.

Place on a board artwork ad at home or work.

OTHER USES OF ART WORK:
· Laminate for tablecloths

· Make cutting markers as and lamination.

· Paper Packaging (Set with the wrapping paper, do not leave your records)

crowns · Birthdays Make a template and allow the child to cut the crowns

· Send the artwork to grandparents, aunts, uncles and other relatives and godparents, when children are older write letters on the back of artwork and becomes stationary.

In all classes have taught me I never had an adult say, "I would like my mother have remained more role that brought me home from school "-in reality is quite the opposite, wondering why he did keep all this stuff?

I do not encourage drawings and other papers put in the refrigerator and looks messy, but that depends on you.

What a great opportunity you have to teach their children now how to declutter starting with the reams of paper to bring to school.
