I need a test protocol for a system based bioresistance water containg protein and starch.?

The pH is 6.5. Solids content is 15-20%. The material is stored in fiber drums or steel tanks with air present. This concentrate is spilled, but viscous. Soap and iron salts also are present in the mixture.
