How to start a letter?

Hello (: For my ICT course we have a lot of different things and we have to design a mountain bike park (Eww.). Anyway, I made a logo, and now I have to write a letter to potential park users. So which side should I put the address on bicycle mountain, and to whom is addressed to? Like I can make after DEAR? Thanks sooo much in advance!
