I have 2 Green anoles how do I hatch their egg?

I have two green anoles, obviously a male and a female and they are both about 5 years old. My female anole has been laying infertile eggs (I can tell because they are yellow) and when spring comes around I know they will be white and fertile. My question is, how do I hatch the egg? I feed them crickets and meal worms (I know meal worms are bad, but that’s the only thing my male eats!? and I dust the bugs with calcium powder. I put the bugs in a plastic container in the cage. Do i separate the egg? I know the egg cant flip over should I mark it then with sharpie? The only other cage I have is a little plastic one. I could put my heating pad under it though. My glass tank is a 8 gallon tall. Could I keep three in there? If the baby is a female? I have a lot of questions! But I really want a baby anole! P.S For all of you that say the cage is small it isn’t because they both are always green they eat a lot and I have had them for 4 and a half years!
