What is this product called crayon?

I saw it on youtube a vid.It was such a paint brush so that the aid was the same as the cylinder aa thin and at the end of it, was this painting brush.It rectanglular had these things where you can take pictures of the rainbow, as one of them was the sunset colors of the motorcycle example-that was the only real commercial on youtube. PLZ help me! I want soooo badly also sought costs and I think he said $ 30 if that helps
