A friend just gave me a One Pound bag of dehydrated pear skins Bartlett. Any recipes or ideas out there?

I thought there must be some way for use in the white wine or brandy, or a toast. But I've never seen before. Thanks. Good idea. Sounds like a good "Be Glad You're not a turkey Day idea!

Just eat a snack. I usually add dried fruit to my trail mix.
