What I can use paint on a flag outside?

My boyfriend and I are attending Bonnaroo (music festival) in a few days and have built a portable flag pole to mark our campsite. Now we have to make the royal flag and have no idea what it is! We would like to write there, but need painting will last for a few days outdoors through rain and shine. Also, since the flag is the size of a pillow case (which is what we are using: D) that the paint can not come in small tubes or small real squirt out like most normal tissues bottle paint-grip. Could you cut acrylic? Or does anyone know of weatherable fabric paint I can get a hold of quickly? Thanks!

Use all what you can find. Once will remain dry. You can use spray paint and a template. Cut the freezer paper design. Iron the pillowcase (with the side shiny side down) and spray. There are also spray dyes.
