Where I can find a pattern to sew a pocket chart for a calendar?

I am a preschool teacher and I want to use a pocket chart in my classroom for a calendar, but I would do it myself. Does anyone have any idea where I can find a pattern for this. Thank you very much for your time and help.

No sewing, we'll save that one seat cover my redneck four wheels. Vellcro anyway seems a cleaning quick and easy to navigate. Check if you have a Hobby Lobby nearby, or you can find online. Ebay may have something too. I would also like thank you for being a teacher. One of the most important and poorly paid in the world. And a teacher who strives for something else in its class.
