The WWE is just making Cody start as an old school wrestler.
Cody Rhodes is a face that has notable characteristics of Ric Flair in appearance, but that’s not the only wrestler in the past that appeared that way. However, I believe he is more inspried by Dusty Rhodes, his father, who was also not that fancy in the ring most of the time (outside his Bionic Elbows and ocassional taunts), as he was less fancy than Ric Flair ever was.
