PRS Paul Allender SE vs … the differences?

I played the SE Paul Allender model at Guitar Center. She was very sweet, but I like less personal work they did with the 24 custom. In addition to the maple veneer, the combination of colors, and pills, are there significant differences between staff PRS PRS SE 24th and SE Custom Paul Allender?
