How to stay organized in your business and enjoy it thoroughly!

"How I can enjoy it more?" That's one of the best questions small employers can ask about every non-negotiable part of their working lives. For me, I have found a way to turn my strategic planning Weekly time I like all week. How do I do? About a year ago, began to take myself a tea house near my Home Office every Friday at 4:00 pm. There in the middle of green plants and beautiful hand-carved, hand painted around, (this tea house was a gift to us of our sister city in Tajikistan) I can order some tea and dinner and do my major strategic planning for the next week.

What makes this a great choice and why it has become the most effective time planning to pass all week? There are several reasons:

One, I'm usually tired by the end week. Traditionally it has been difficult for me to set aside time at the end of the week to get my strategic planning done. Leaving my office at home, going to a beautiful place by making a gift I hope this time all week – I'm doing something special out of a task that is vital for me to do my business.

Two, I eventually developed a process that ensures that the monitoring of all there is to do. I have a Pendaflex strategic planning in the drawer front presentation of my table that contains all the materials I need to do my strategic planning. It contains my monthly agenda, my annual goals, and folders for specific long-term project and I add things I use every day living in my table: as my weekly calendar, and bright red Clip Board has my weekly and daily make lists. These fall neatly into a company-sized businesses and I'm going!

Three, the process is more or less the same every week: Getting a new to-do list for next week. I can check next week in calendar and note any preparation work to do when. I look at the previous week to make the list. I see what I have achieved and what is incomplete and must be transferred to the coming weeks. I look at my monthly goals and see how they are going – specific movement to-dos on my list for next week. I also look for my long range goals for my business and see what I can do next week to ensure they keep coming along.

Four, I make sure that the time step in the tea house is not all business. Often I am invited to a of my friends join me 60-90 minutes to my time there to talk in a great location! Or I can bring a book I'm reading and enjoying reading quietly, you take the last of my tea. Or sometimes I do some creative writing. I am currently working on a story … just for fun. The tea and food at the tea house is the 5-star quality and served beautifully. The conclusion is that I have made this last hour of my week working on something that nurtures me and I hope that all week.

Five, I am considered the teahouse staff. I do things to pay for my stay in your restaurant. On average I budget of $ 15 to $ 25 per week for my stay in the teahouse. I make sure to leave a good tip and keep an eye on the restaurant around me, leaving everyone if the tables begin to fill. I have been known to pass up to two hours in the tearoom. Most times, it makes no difference if I stop and are happy to have sat there all the time you want. Sometimes like last week, a special event is filling up its reservation list and appreciate my willingness to go when the restaurant is full. The staff has come to know and always take great care of me while I'm there!

I can not tell you how much better I feel by the end of my teahouse strategic planning time. I feel rested and refreshed. I am organized and ready for next week. I enjoyed myself thoroughly. And my strategic planning is done! Above all Moreover, I have become a fundamental and essential part of my working life into something I hope every week.
