How I can install the CPU?

I have an Intel 9550 quad-core. What kind of surface I can put the motherboard to install the CPU and RAM? I'm thinking of putting it in anti static bag on a table. And since the CPU has a gold pads instead of teeth, how I can know if you are feel good? …

You need to use the wrist strap and ESD can be configured in an antistatic bag if you have one. NO touch the RAM or processor without using the strap. The processor is designed so only goes one way. I guess you must use thermal paste in a thin layer on top of the processor. Do not use too much!
