I've been playing with the idea of decorating my house phone, I wanted to do little things like removing sinks vanity and replace it with pedestal sink, paint, redo floors. Here is my delimma … Its a mobile home. I can not justify spending $ 600 to redo the bathroom, because I do not think the value goes up, and I will not live here the rest of my life. I want a real house, lol. What do you think? Should I paint and fix or go ahead and redo it?

Clean it, to fix, maybe a new shower curtain or drapes, blinds, etc, etc. ……….. no new sinks. No value increase, except for a house
