What would happen if you connected a wire from positive terminal on a car battery to the metal frame?

What would happen if you took a wire and connected one end to the positive terminal + of a car battery and the other end to the metal frame? Nothing or drain the battery? I’m assuming you would drain the battery since the negative of the car battery is attached to the frame in many places? correct?
