Is there some type of chemical that will remove the manufactured Ink Stamp from new lumber besides sanding?

I want to stain and poly some 2 by 4′s and some OSB sheets but need the manufactured ink stamp removed. It would be near impossible to sand the OSB without tearing it up.

WHY ????????????????????????????????????
why would you want to do this to the ugliest “TRASH” building material on the market, you are not going to improve on its looks. And also anytime you apply any type of coating to OSB the flakes will start to lift and seperate and it turns to a pile of kindling, this idea is not what this material was made for.
