How can I remove Rubber Stamp Ink, ink ball point common paper, so much so that there is no trace?

I'm talking about stamps rubber in relief indigo dipped in ink and then printed on paper and just scribble normal ink on paper

You may not use another sheet of paper or be creative and cover the ground with a cutout.

Just think what the ink must be able to do! When you make an impression rubber stamp ink have to dry immediately – but at the same time, the rubber stamp ink should not dry on the pad, but being able to stay liquid for many years.
