What makeup will look best with a black and hot pink dress?

OK so its all black except the bottom hem which is hot pink and so is the little bow that you tie around the waist. it also has tiny little white spots except on the breast area. I don’t know what makeup would be best without overdoing it? and also maybe a little help on accessories?

Since the hem is pink it wouldnt be overkill to use a pink gloss, something bright to stand out against the black dress. Use a peachy pink or baby pink blush, lots of mascara with liquid eye liner or pencil. U can use a tan or beige shadow so as not to overpower the pink gloss.
