Calling all nutritionists, an important issue related to diet?

I've lost weight and I'm trying fervently to maintain it. I've done first calculate my BMR and creating a calorie deficit by a combination of cuts and physical activity. Last week, I ate my food once daily fast during three different days. I did not eat much but the scale reading of 1 pound above the previous week. My regular diet, the staple food, purely vegetarian with sparing quantities of oil, grease and butter. I can incorporate physical activity whenever possible, but (as predicted by the concept of BMR) increases my ability to eat. I am fully aware of it. I could have gone a little more with my consumption of nuts. Either way I have no idea why you scale measured 1 pounds higher than the previous week (The method of food control I use is almost infallible). This just happened before, and I was unsure of my diet. ……………..

The weight can vary from day to day and week to week, even up to several pounds. Things like a slight case of sneezing, hot weather colder, stress and, like all play their part in things. That's why not reach an exact number of weight, and leave room for maneuver on both sides. If you win or lose more than that, say five pounds, it is time to tighten or loose necessary.
