started to strip my cichlid but only managed to get out half?

i have a white cichlid that has been pregnant for a while now i was advised to strip her as we could see the fry and she was getting fragile and weak. so i statred to and managed to get about 14 fry out. but i was worried and stopped due to the fact that she started to panic what should i do now? she still has some in her mouth and some are out….. please help!
she is about 6 cms small, and she was in the water should i strip all the rest of the fry or just leave her?

The easiest way to strip them is to hold them in a bucket and open their mouth. Then gently move her back and forth in the water. They should come out easier that holding her out of water and dumping them out. Not sure how you did it, but this should work.

Edit: If she is that small, she should be ok with the remainder in there. If she starts to get really weak, then strip her again, but for now go ahead and leave her be. It was enough for one day lol. When she is in her area of the tank, if she feels safe, she will let them out, but if she feels threatened, she will put them back in her mouth.
