How to configure the extra mouse buttons for two games?

I'm using GMX-5 PowerLogic gaming mouse (mouse laser class 1). Do I need any software to configure the two additional buttons to the left of the mouse to play games like DotA? The product does not come with any software at the time of purchase. Thanks in advance.

Follow the website and find the manual. That's what I did with my GMX-5!
