How I can configure the relationship with advertising agencies?

Hello. Working as an account executive for a newspaper of minorities in the U.S.. Unlike other A / E in mainstream media, I can much lower price. I want to establish relationships with large advertising agencies to expand my network, and finally, to develop ads in my paper. I tried many advertising agencies is, but all I had are voice messages and responses except the receptionist. My question is how I can reach people in advertising agencies? Any advice is welcome. I think there are at least two ways for you to consider. An advertising agency or a marketing communications firm might be interested in your paper for two reasons: 1. Media Director agency might be interested in coming to what, from your description, sounds like a very strong demographic audience and well defined. In order to interest a director media, however, must be able to provide detailed information about your newspaper. This includes the following: circulation • – How many readers you have? • Demographics – What is the current demographic composition of its readers? What is your ethnic composition? How old are they? What kind of income do you have? Do you work in white-collar or blue collar jobs? • Distribution – how to reach their readers? Are you a paid newspaper or a paper for free? What is the geographical distribution of its role? • How long have you been in business? • How much your ad rates? Do you offer a discount of 15% to the agencies to the committee? As you can see there are a lot of details which will be submitted in writing or on the web about its publication. This is only basic information Media Kit – every radio and television station has them, Like all print media vehicles: magazines, newspapers and trade magazines. Another way to get advertising agencies and media companies is on the basis of the submission of stories or press releases that might be of interest to their readers. Agencies are always looking for new markets for their stories. This relationship could be a win-win for everyone. Good luck.
