Best computer I can buy?

I’m looking for a new computer… priced anywhere really from 1500-3000.. has to be good! 19″ screen we are also looking for.. and we’d prefer if it was possible to buy at either staples or future shop, we don’t have many electronic stores around here.

Why does everyone resort to DELL? They are not the cheapest and definitely NOT the best. If you have problems with the parts you have to try and explain to their “support” staff that this is actually a computer and then you have to talk them how to fix it…lol….definitely not the best customer support.
