Does any body know a good easy to follow the diet?

Well, I walk through the tape atleast an hour every day and try to burn can.I many calories as I also try to eat things like grapes and fruit, but I do not seem to be losing any body weight.Any Any advice? Y I also try to lower my percent body fat and BMI really badly.Basically my kids who just want to melt the fat around my belly and the area epecially arm.

Every time I eat grapes and fruits, like other dietary sugars and starches (which turn into sugar in the gut), your body produces insulin, which tells your body to stop burning fat and start storing fat. No eating or not eating enough makes your body think you are starving. When that happen, try to keep as much fat as possible and make as much food as possible when eating fat (if there is a shortage of food in length). A survival mechanism large can not pretend it is not there. You have to eat regularly without skipping meals to keep your body and feel confident that allows hunger and burning fat. Remove with sugar and starch as possible (and you'll be surprised how much you eat and how bad you want it) to keep your insulin levels down. You feel better when your blood sugar levels stable without all the ups and downs. Energy and mood to be good and your cravings will be less.
