How I can put tape in the tape dispenser on my desk lamp organizer?

I have one outfit your space Organizer Desk lamp Bed Bath & Beyond for christmas, but I can not find a way to put tape in the tape dispenser. I have a team space Organizing your desk lamp Bed Bath & Beyond for christmas, but I can not find a way to put tape in the tape dispenser. They do not come with instructions.

Unfortunately, I could find anything on the web about this particular subject, by name, but otherwise just going to BB & B and ask, I speculate that it could be a sliding panel, so that all using slides or sideways to reveal an opening for the tape.
