I tell my sister who happened to her wedding is off?

I offered him my step-sister of my yard and my services for a wedding that she "had" this summer. I felt bad because I knew that his father would not be able to help her financially and my house / garden would be perfect. The problem is that she ~ Lies and she is lazy. I've been working nonstop in my house / garden, do things for the wedding, I did all by myself your invitations (and bought the ink) not to mention me and buy my daughter's dresses for the wedding = $ 350. But when I asked the guest list completed weeks she hopes to get back to me, and apparently it thought I was going to buy the stamps, ha! She will not give me the rental store company information, so you can know what they need or to find out if she is even hired them.She "assumes" the different members of the family will pay for lots of things but never a definitive answer. And I sincerely believe that is waiting until the last minute on purpose thinking that will pay for it because I would not look like an idiot because it's my house! What should I do?

Tell to grow and take responsibility for this wedding and there will be no wedding. You will not be responsible financially for your wedding. Let not my doing its part to help, after Yet she is his sister (step) or not. I wish him all the happiness that the world has to offer, but your not willing to go bankrupt to see what happens.
