Why my brain does not ride over my biological clock?
I work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday as a known merchandising company Run 4 affection is very difficult to go but I really enjoy, but I do not understand it and every morning the rest of the week I still awake while I do it in the work that day, I know I did not have 2 get up and my body clock is working as efficiently as an Alarm Clock that my brain tends to go more than two off, is a security mechanism, so do not sleep? which has two other? if it is a safety mechanism and makes my brain going again this let me sleep, adequate rest b power when i start work again fresh feel that never seem to get a quality sleep
