Are people who blog as a career need business license of full-time?

I wonder if all those people who blog for living as a full time career as if they need any type of business licensing in your state or government to get paid for it. Technically, Bloggers are like freelance writers, unless more of its money through advertising and affiliate marketing or something, so. . . I'm confused. No bloggers need some kind of license or permit beyond tax returns?

No. They just have to put that on your taxes.
