What is the most desirable residential address in Berlin Germany?

Any information on areas not pass …….. what is ideal destination for Berliners in Berlin …. and what price a little to talk about?? Thanks!

Nikolaiviertel in Mitte is booming – the SKYHIGH rents have risen. It was so bad, in the news. Marzahn is cheap, and usually so so. Not exactly a prohibited area, but not the nicest place. Many of the foreigners and the radical right – not a good place for a person of color to live, but if you are white and can speak some basic German. The worst thing that happens often is that people getting drunk and then start making trouble, breaking things and fighting. For one person, you can search like Marzahn and fourth places for rent in 360-400 EUR hot car (including heating) per month for a family of four hot car is 650-700 euros. It might be possible to find places to rent for less, but this is what you'll pay for something decent in an area not very pleasant. I have no idea of prices in the hip / good areas. Compared to other big cities life Berlin is still relatively cheap, however.
